When it comes to wood, we are the experts!

We have worked with all types of wood:

Solid Woods such as Oak, Meranti, Saligna and Okoume; and
Engineered Woods such as MDF - Medium Density Fibre Board, Particle Boards and Melamine Fibre Board (MFB).
Veneers - these are MDF boards with a thin wood layer of solid woods. This gives you a solid wood look with at the fraction of the price.

We mainly work with Engineered Woods such as MDF - Medium Density Fibre Board, Particle Boards and Melamine Fibre Board (MFB).

We also work with MDF Veneers as well for our more exclusive product ranges.

MDF, Particle Board and MFB is engineered wood obtained by breaking down hardwood and softwood composites. This makes it more sustainable and environmentally friendly while providing excellent quality, at a much more reasonable price. This also allows us to work with flexibility as we are able to shape the boards into unique designs using moulding, routing, turning and edge profiling techniques during our manufacturing process.

We source our wood products in South Africa from leading wood mills:

With Sonae Arauco we use their Base Products which are:

Novowood*
Novolite*
Novogold*

These are plain MDF and Particle boards where we use them to manufacture our products and then we spray them out to perfection using the highest quality paint on the market. When you see our products where we mention that they are sprayed out, they were made with either Novowood, Novolite or Novogold.

We also make use of Sonae Arauco's decorative range called Innovus*.

The Innovus decorative range can be found in our more exclusive product ranges. When you see some of our products that feature modern chic decorative designs, some of these products feature Innovus' decorative boards.

PG Bison, one of South Africa's most well known wood brands. From PG Bison, we mainly use the following products:

PG Bison's Melawood is well know in the decorative space. We Melawood in our more exclusive ranges. When you unique decorative designs, SupaGloss, SupaMatt and SupaTexture in our product ranges, these were made using PG Bison's Melawood products.

SupaWood* is PG Bison's brand of MDF board. SupaWood works well with Veneer applications and we mainly use it in our exclusive Veneer product ranges.

BisonBord* is PG Bison's brand of particle board. Particle boards are used for certain types of components in our products.
