Refund policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds are processed via EFT and we will require a bank confirmation letter as proof of banking details, unless if the purchase was done via one of our Buy Now Pay Later Partners (Happy Pay or ZeroPay), then the refund will be processed by the respective payment partner.
All returns and refunds will be subject to a 10% handling fee. Therefore we will subtract 10% on each eligible refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund along with the handling fee.
We only replace items if they have a manufacturing defect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@furniturespaces.co.za.

Warranty Policy
All our products come with a 6-month warranty on defects in workmanship, materials and construction from the date of purchase based on reasonable use.
Please note that warranties do not apply to:
- Any defects that are as a result from negligence, misuse, accidents or commercial use by you.
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care or the product.
- Any condition resulting from other than the ordinary residential wear or from any use for which the product was not designed for.
- The colour fastness, dye lot variations, wrinkling, or wear of any fabrics or leather.
- Any stains to fabrics or leather that are coursed by you.
- The softening of filling materials under normal use.
Please note that warranties are not transferable and cannot be extended to re-sold products. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose, and exhibit normal use.
