Shipping policy

Manufacturing Lead Time

All of our products are made to order. This means that once you have placed an order with us, we will begin production specifically for you.

Our manufacturing lead time is typically 2 to 3 weeks from the date of order. This may vary during busier periods or due to load shedding.

Our team will keep you updated throughout the manufacturing process and will notify you once your order is ready, or if there are any potential delays.

Delivery via Courier

All of our products are available for delivery to most areas in South Africa via courier.

Delivery Costs:

  • Gauteng: from R450 per order
  • Western Cape: from R750 per order
  • KwaZulu-Natal: from R750 per order (Durban and Pietermaritzburg only)
  • Rest of South Africa: from R950 per order (major centres only)

Once our courier partner has collected your order, please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

Important Note for Large Furniture Items

Due to their size and weight, larger furniture items such as chest of drawers, compactums, and similar products may incur additional delivery charges for orders outside of Gauteng. Any additional shipping costs will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

Collections from Our Factory

We also offer collections for customers who prefer to pick up their orders.

Collections are typically ready within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of order, once manufacturing is complete.

Please only collect your order once we have confirmed that it is ready.

Collection is free of charge.

Important Delivery Information

Due to the nature of our products—primarily large, heavy furniture items—please take note of the following:

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there is adequate access to the delivery premises. This includes doorways and passages wide enough for the furniture. If unsure, please contact us.
  • Deliveries are made to the ground floor only. For apartments or multi-storey homes, please arrange additional assistance if required.
  • Our delivery team will not move existing furniture. Please ensure the designated area is clear and ready.
  • Most products are delivered fully assembled, making access especially important. Some items may require minor assembly, which will be specified on the product page.
  • Assembly is the client’s responsibility, as our delivery partners do not offer assembly services.
  • Deliveries take place on weekdays during working hours only.
